Emotional Intelligence

Leadership Practices Inventory
The Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) is one of the most trusted 360 leadership assessment tool. It helped individuals and organizations measure their leadership competencies while guiding them through the process of applying the 30 leadership behaviors of exemplary leaders.
Myers-Briggs
The Myers-Briggs (MBTI) assessment provided powerful insights into participants' leadership style and helped them improve their communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills to name a few. It heightened self-awareness in a host of areas as few other assessments can.
